GALLANT - TALKING TO MYSELF (BIG WILD REMIX)

Wow I didn't know it until today, but all I want for Christmas is a Big Wild remix of Gallant. That most perfect present has been gift wrapped and delivered under all of our trees today! I mean c'mon with these two names on the same track you know it's going to be special. We posted Manila Killa's mind blowing remix of the Big Wild original "Invincible" recently, but I definitely want to steer you over to the AMAZING music video for the tune as well. Now to this remix, the tune starts with evolving piano chords and a clock "tick tock". Gallant's first verse fades into a buildup that evolves into a glistening chorus with a sweet guitar/bass tone and flashing arps cascading in the background. This is a super fun remix and is putting a big smile on my face. You can stream this on Spotify here.

So many of us are looking forward to 2016 being over! However, when this one popped up in my inbox titled "final Manila Killa track of the year" I did feel a little sad. Manilla Killa had a great year, and this yung Moving Castle legend staked his claim in the ever growing future sounds scene, as well as forever in our hearts! I really hope you all have enjoyed listening to me gush over Manila Killa for the past year, and I am psyched he is closing out 2016 with this brilliant remix of "Invincible ft. ida kawk" by Big Wild because it's yummy. Get into this one kids!

BUZZZMIX VOL. 19 - YOUNG BOMBS

Holy shit - this is sick! Leave it to our homie Big Wild to produce something so amazing, I'm thinking this is the most special thing I have heard in a minute! This remix of "Show Me Love" by Hundred Waters could not exist without a huge and special talent like Big Wild - he just feels things in such a different way and is not afraid to take chances, a combination resulting in some of the best tracks we have heard this year! BIG WILD - TOP 5 SUMMER JAMS

Considering this Los Angeles legend totally blew our hair back with his live set at our SXSW party, I knew this was going to be a brilliant Top 5 Summer Jams!  Big Wild takes us into his unique world with this very chill and very sexy list that I have just kinda swooned over!  I am so impressed by this youngster's level of taste and ability to feel outside the box, you can tell he actually listens to and cares about music, drawing influence from all types of sounds and feels!  Well done!  Listen and love! 

Dead Times - Lightness
I love the unique sound of this track. Calvin’s lyrics and vocal style manage to be both haunting and sexy. The production has a really nice push-pull feel as well.

Thundercat - Them Changes
I’m a huge fan of Thundercat and his bass style and “Them Changes” represents his best work yet. So groovy and moving.

I got this song from Jamie XX’s boiler room set and it generates such an awesome feeling. Played this many times while driving through the desert, so it awakens very vivid imagery of the vast landscape.

Donnie Trumpet & The Social Experiment - Pass The Vibes
I enjoy playing this song in the morning while eating grapefruit. Puts a smile on my face and gets the day started right haha.

Flume - Some Minds
This song proves that Flume is still a one-of-a-kind producer. The drop is so simple, yet so powerful. Also, Andrew Wyatt’s vocals are great. I love how he made his voice detune in certain parts.

GRIZ FT. TALIB KWELI - FOR THE LOVE (BIG WILD REMIX)

Big ups to Big Wild! Our boy has released a killer remix of "For The Love" by Griz ft. Talib Kweli this week that is suuuuper dope! Artists like Big Wild are so rare and talented -- he completely blew us away at SXSW this year with his live set! We have been keeping a close watch on this little muffin, and gotta say we pretty much love everything he puts into the world.  filous is a young producer from Austria - another talented kid who is barely legal and absolutely slaying the jams, one after another after another.  He's given us a Top 5 summer jams playlist that he believes are fire - and we have to agree!  You should also check out all filous tracks because ..... they are bananas good! RAC - Back Of The Car
Like many songs from RAC "Back of the Car" is one of those songs that will instantly put me in a good mood. The perfect motivational, feel good summer track.

Me & My Toothbrush - One Thing (Nora En Pure Radio Mix) 
Absolutely fantastic production on this one. Love the floaty and chill, but also dancy vibe of the track!

PALASTIC - Don't Hesitate ft. Y Z R
I have been listening to PALASTIC constantly for the last two months and fell in love with everything they have put out so far. "Don't Hesitate" is a great, catchy and unique track - love it!

Mura Masa - Lovesick Fuck
That awesome steel drum melodie combined with that groovy beat is killing me, I just can't stop listening to this song!

Big Wild - Afterglow
That moment when the drop is kicking in is a pure bliss. Definitely one of my favourite tracks at the moment!
